Chapman named All-Star reserve, Cueto part of Final Vote

Aroldis Chapman has been named to the National League All-Star team.

This will be Chapman's fourth appearance as he joins third baseman Todd Frazier as the two representatives from the Cincinnati Reds.

So far this season, Chapman is 3-3 with a 1.78 ERA in 35.1 innings pitched with 16 saves.

One more Red has a chance of joining the team as starting pitcher Johnny Cueto's fate will be decided by the All-Star Game Final Vote.

Cueto will face-off against Mets' Jeurys Familia, Dodgers' Clayton Kershaw, Cardinals' Carlos Martinez, and Rockies' Troy Tulowitzki for the final roster spot on the NL team.

If Cueto gets the nod, it will be his second straight ASG appearance.

Johnny Cueto 5-5 in 15 starts this season with a 2.84 ERA.
