Bucs send WR Benn, pick to Eagles for 2 picks

PHILADELPHIA (AP) -- The Eagles have acquired wide receiver Arrelious Benn and a seventh-round pick from the Tampa Bay Buccaneers for Philadelphia's sixth-round choice this year and a conditional draft pick in 2014.

Benn, a second-round selection (39th overall) by the Buccaneers in 2010, has 59 receptions for 862 yards and five touchdowns in three seasons. He led the Buccaneers with 13 kickoff returns for 306 yards in only eight games last year before a knee injury ended his season. In 2011, Benn had career highs in catches (30), yards receiving (441) and touchdowns (3).

Benn is the ninth player acquired by the Eagles since the start of free agency. The team signed eight free agents in the first three days.
