Bucks assign rookie Wilson to G League

The Milwaukee Bucks have assigned rookie D.J. Wilson to their G League affiliate, the Wisconsin Herd.

The 17th overall pick in last year's draft, Wilson is expected to play Wednesday after joining the team for practice Tuesday.

Wilson has played sparingly for the Bucks this season, averaging just 3.5 minutes of playing time in 15 games. He has made five appearances in the G League, averaging 15 points, 2.6 rebounds, 2.6 assists and one steal in 29.9 minutes per game.
