Now, NASCAR's Brian Vickers takes you behind-the-scenes of the XARELTO heart medication spot that also stars comedian/actor Kevin Nealon, NBA star Chris Bosh and PGA legend Arnold Palmer.

Vickers - who sat out the majority of the 2015 season for health issues - has battled blood clots and heart problems since 2010.
