Blues assign Jaskin to Chicago Wolves

ST. LOUIS -- Dmitrij Jaskin hasn't played since Jaden Schwartz returned to the Blues' lineup last Friday, so now he'll get a chance to play more often -- in Chicago.

The Blues sent Jaskin down to the Chicago Wolves, their American Hockey League affiliate, on Wednesday. This will be his first action with the Wolves this season.

Jaskin's last game played was on Feb. 6, and he had only one point (a goal) over his last 14 games. Jaskin, 22, has dressed in 49 games with the Blues this season, registering 10 points (three goals, seven assists) along with 22 penalty minutes.

Also on Wednesday, the Blues recalled goaltender Jordan Binnington from Chicago and assigned goaltender Pheonix Copley to the Wolves.
