Billikens improve to 3-0 with 76-60 win over St. Francis-Brooklyn

ST. LOUIS -- Milik Yarbrough scored 17 points off the bench and Miles Reynolds added another 15 as Saint Louis pulled away from St. Francis-Brooklyn in the second half to post a 76-60 victory Saturday night and go to 3-0 to start the season.

The Billikens and the defending Northeast Conference regular-season champions battled through the first half, with Saint Louis taking a 32-30 lead into intermission.

But Yarbrough scored 11 of his points in the second half and sparked the Billikens as they expanded their lead, outscoring the Terriers by 14 points over the final 20 minutes, 44-30.

Saint Louis converted 26 of 49 shots from the field (53.1 percent), hitting 3 of just 7 shots from beyond the arc, and made 21 of 32 shots from the line.

The Terriers (1-2) got 12 points from Tyreek Jewell and another 11 from Glenn Sanabria.
