The NASCAR RaceDay pre-race show certainly had a lot of topics to cover before Saturday night's race at Richmond International Raceway.

FOX Sports analyst Larry McReynolds explained the new 16-driver, elimination Chase format.

The RaceDay crew also looked back on last year's 'Spingate' controversy, in which Michael Waltrip Racing did all it could to try and get Martin Truex Jr. in the Chase, much to NASCAR's dismay.
