March Madness reached a fever pitch in Anaheim on Thursday. The final four teams of the NCAA Tournament West Region squared off to detemine who would play for a chance at the Final Four in Houston next week.

Here's a look at some of the sights and sounds surrounding the Texas A&M versus Oklahoma and Oregon versus Duke Western Region Semifinal at Honda Center.
