Beckham mum on plans after leaving MLS, Galaxy

CARSON, Calif. (AP) -- David Beckham says he has several enticing offers to continue his soccer career after he leaves the Los Angeles Galaxy next month.

The English midfielder wasn't specific Tuesday about where his 20-year professional career will take him next. But Beckham says he's leaving Los Angeles only because he reached every goal he set for himself in the U.S.

Beckham discussed his future in oblique terms while insisting his focus is on the MLS Cup on Dec. 1, when the Galaxy will attempt to win their second straight league title.

Worldwide speculation has linked Beckham to moves to Australia, China, Britain and France. Beckham only confirmed he won't move to New York or another MLS team.

Beckham also reaffirmed his interest in owning an MLS team soon.
