Badgers predictions: Game 10 at Maryland

It is no secret that Wisconsin's schedule thus far this year -- with two exceptions -- has been lackluster. That won't change in the Badgers' final game before the bye, but the good news is things will pick up after that.

However, we're still not yet to the off week, meaning Wisconsin has a game at Maryland, where it is a double-digit road favorite.

Well, maybe a win will get UW back in the top 25 and thus more predicitons for us to cull. Until then, though, here's a look around the web and Twitter for predicitons of this Saturday's game:

All three Big Ten Network analysts are picking Wisconsin to win. The scores: Tom Dienhart -- 44-17; Sean Merriman -- 31-14; Brent Yarina -- 34-10.

Whatifsports.com simulation: An average score of Wisconsin 28.1, Maryland 22.6. The sim gives the Badgers a 63.9 percent chance of winning.

The Oklahoman's Berry Tramel: Wisconsin 34, Maryland 14. "Terrapins are one bad football team."

The Examiner's Maxwell Brusky: Wisconsin 38, Maryland 6

All five Athlon Sports analysts have Wisconsin winning.

ESPN's Chris Fallica: Wisconsin 24, Maryland 17.

By way of the PickCenter, Teamrankings.com has an average score of Wisconsin 29.5, Maryland 19.0 while numberFire has the average score Wisconsin 28.6, Maryland 17.0 (and also gives the Badgers a 47.2% likelihood of covering an 11-point spread).

All six ESPN.com Big Ten contributors picked Wisconsin to win.
