Badgers hold off Green Bay 70-56

MADISON, Wis. (AP) -- Jon Leuer scored 22 points, Mike Bruesewitz added a career-best 18 and Wisconsin went 10 of 17 from 3-point range to beat Wisconsin-Green Bay 70-56 on Monday night.
Wisconsin (9-2) avenged its first ever loss last season to Green Bay (4-7) with a sizzling performance from behind the arc, improving to 16-1 all-time against its in-state neighbor.
The Badgers also have wins over Wisconsin-Milwaukee and Marquette, marking the first time since the 2006-07 season that they've swept the other Division I teams in Wisconsin.
Keaton Nankivil had 16 points and Jordan Taylor added 10 for Wisconsin, which lost 88-84 in overtime in Green Bay last year.
Rahmon Fletcher had 18 points and freshman Alec Brown added 16 for the Phoenix.
