Awesome signing: Browns ink 9-year-old suffering from rare disease
Dreams do come true -- at least for 9-year-old Dylan Sutcliffe.
The Cleveland Browns signed Sutcliffe, who is part of the Make-a-Wish program to a one-day deal Tuesday as a tribute to the one-year anniversary of their First-and-Ten volunteering program.
Sutcliffe suffers from ataxia telangiectasia (A-T), a rare, genetic disorder that affects a number of different organs.
Before and then during their OTAs Tuesday, the Browns made Dylan's day incredibly special.
He's already a fan favorite.

And brings a valuable football acumen to the table, according to Browns general manager Ray Farmer.
Pro Bowl corner Joe Haden will be a solid locker buddy.
