Arizona's Scooby Wright goes back to sidelines with foot injury
TUCSON, Ariz. -- Arizona All-America linebacker Scooby Wright is out again after spraining his right foot against UCLA on Saturday, his first game back after suffering a left knee injury.
Wildcats coach Rich Rodriguez said on Monday that the junior will be out "several weeks."
Wright missed most of the first three games after suffering a lateral meniscus tear in his left knee, an injury that required surgery. Wright swept the major national defensive awards as a sophomore last season.
Rodriguez also said quarterback Anu Solomon is day-to-day after suffering a concussion against UCLA. Senior Jerrard Randall took over against the Bruins and would likely start against No. 19 Stanford on Saturday if Solomon is unable to return.
