Team USA is winning the puppy Olympics.

Snowboarder Lindsey Jacobellis is the latest athlete to be working out the details to adopt a stray dog.

She posted a few pictures of her newest family member, saying that she's just waiting for paperwork to bring the little guy home.

Who knew the consolation prize would be a puppy?

Fellow USA skier Gus Kenworthy picked up a silver medal in slopestyle skiing earlier in the Games and he has decided to bring not one, but five pups back to the States.
