Visnovsky out 4 weeks with broken finger
Ducks defenseman Lubomir Visnovsky will be out for about four weeks after breaking a finger on his right hand.
The Ducks disclosed the injury to their top defenseman Saturday.
Visnovsky was hurt when a shot hit his hand in the final minute of Anaheim's 4-3 victory over the Vancouver Canucks on Friday night.
Visnovsky was the NHL's top-scoring defenseman last season with 68 points, and he played through a serious shoulder injury into the postseason in his first full season with Anaheim.
The Slovak defenseman has struggled this season with just four points and a minus-7 rating in 16 games while playing through another broken finger on his left hand for the past two weeks.
Anaheim says Visnovsky won't require surgery.
