Penguins, Flyers battle for your heart with Valentine's Day cards

The Pittsburgh Penguins and Philadelphia Flyers have no love lost between them, but that doesn't mean the bitter Keystone State rivals can't come together in Valentine's Day celebration.

With that in mind, the Penguins and Flyers have stepped up their respective games in their bids to win your heart with creative hockey-themed Valentine's Day cards.

Since Pittsburgh (27-19-7) is ahead of Philadelphia (24-20-9) in the Metropolitan Division standings, let's have the Penguins take the rink first.

Well, defenseman Kris Letang's crossword-inspired card certainly is eye-catching. Extra points for the wordplay.

Then again, goaltender Marc-Andre Fleury in the role of Cupid ("Your love hits the Marc") could just be the arrow in your significant other's heart.

Now, it's the Flyers' turn.

Defenseman Michael Del Zotto's Drake-inspired dancing display is pretty impressive in its own right — with or without music.

Then again, who doesn't want to be on "Claude Nine" with captain Claude Giroux?

Please keep in mind that Sunday is Valentine's Day. Don't keep your love on ice.
