Kings' Kopitar and his dog enjoy a Stanley Cup-themed breakfast

There are few things more endearing than a man and his dog.

Or in this case, a Stanley Cup winner and his hockey-loving pup.

Los Angeles Kings center Anze Kopitar took the Stanley Cup trophy to his home country of Slovenia for the second time.

But instead of seeing the sights, Kopitar decided to enjoy a quiet breakfast of cereal with his dog.

The pup, Gustl, got his own mini Stanley Cup so he could partake in the celebratory meal.

Kopitar spent the rest of the day enjoying a helicopter tour and showing off the championship trophy.
