Flyers' Giroux shows range with aerial shots

Philadelphia Flyers captain Claude Giroux may want to consider becoming a two-sport star.

Although known for his blistering slapshot, Giroux showed off his considerable range by routinely lofting the puck into a bucket during a recent ice session.

Considering his success rate, perhaps the 27-year-old Giroux could lend a hand to the struggling Philadelphia 76ers of the NBA.

As it stands, Giroux's focus remains on returning the Flyers to the postseason. The Ontario native collected 25 goals and 48 assists in 81 games in 2014-15.
