Ducks score controversial goal on glove bump
By David Rogers
Corey Crawford was pretty upset after Clayton Stoner scored in Game 6 of the Western Conference Finals, and he had every reason to be.
As he was reaching for the puck, Crawford’s glove was bumped by Jakob Silfverberg. The officials appeared to miss the contact and the goal counted to make it 3-2, though the Blackhawks won 5-2.
Plays like these will benefit from the future addition of a coach’s challenge.
