Capitals' Burakovsky won't be challenging Redskins' Cousins for QB job (VIDEO)

Washington Capitals forward Andre Burakovsky has been struggling on the ice this season, but a switch to the gridiron doesn't appear to be in the cards.

The 20-year-old Burakovsky and Marcus Johansson tossed the pigskin around while killing time before the team's contest against the Metropolitan Division-rival New York Rangers on Sunday.

Needless to say, Kirk Cousins' job as the Washington Redskins' starting quarterback doesn't appear to be in jeopardy.

Burakovsky, who has just two points (both assists) in his last 22 games, has scored two goals and set up five others in 29 contests this season.

For his part, Johansson scored in his second straight game as the Capitals cruised to a 7-3 rout of the Rangers.
