Bonino's dog Kali models Penguins' jersey
Nick Bonino isn't the only one in his household getting acclimated to his new team.
Acquired by the Pittsburgh Penguins in a three-player deal last week, the 27-year-old forward dressed his dog Kali in his new team's colors and posted a picture to Twitter.
Kali is starting to become a regular on social media, as Bonino uploaded a video of his dog eating corn with human hands on July 26. Fittingly, the accompanying hashtag was "corndog".
Bonino was acquired with defenseman Adam Clendening and a 2016 second-round pick from the Vancouver Canucks last Tuesday for Brandon Sutter and a 2016 third-round selection.
