Blackhawks goalie Scott Darling honors Cubs with Winter Classic mask

It takes some guts to bring a Cubs-themed mask into Busch Stadium -- home of the St. Louis Cardinals -- but that's just what Scott Darling plans to do for the upcoming Winter Classic.

The Chicago Blackhawks goalie revealed the special mask he had commissioned for the outdoor game in St. Louis on Jan. 2, and it features several different nods to the 2016 World Series champions. Featured on the right side of the mask is Cubs slugger Anthony Rizzo, legendary broadcaster Harry Caray, and the famous Wrigley Field marquee.

Here's a look at the masterpiece, courtesy of the handsome podcasters of Pardon My Take.

That's a pretty excellent mask that Chicago sports fans will eat right up. The hometown St. Louis folk? Not so much.
