For the Atlanta Falcons to make the 2015 NFL playoffs, it's going to be an uphill climb, to say the least. Fortunately, there's still a chance heading into a Week 16 matchup with the undefeated Carolina Panthers. The scenario? Well, they need a whole lot of help.

The Vikings will face the New York Giants and Green Bay Packers, while the Seahawks draw the St. Louis Rams and Arizona Cardinals. While it's possible, the Seahawks have been red hot as of late, and the Vikings are going to be all-in to get a win or two that could land them in the postseason.
