WATCH: Tevin Coleman's stellar run ends very badly for the Falcons

Atlanta Falcons running back Tevin Coleman thought he was home free during a first-quarter play against the Minnesota Vikings on Sunday. After taking a pitch from quarterback Matt Ryan and running around the right edge, all he could see was open field in front of him.

However, 45 yards later, disaster struck. See how quickly the tides turned on this play in the video below, courtesy of the NFL's official Twitter account.

Vikings linebacker Anthony Barr showed great hustle on the play to track down Coleman from behind and pop the ball free. Safety Antone Exum, who started for Harrison Smith (knee) on Sunday, also showed great awareness to scoop up the loose ball.

It's rare to see multiple momentum swings in a single play, but the Vikings were major beneficiaries of this unusual one.
