For NFL players, it's likely a pretty safe bet to assume that they don't get much time away from the field or film room during the season.

FOX Sports PROcast caught up with one Atlanta Falcon who spent a bit of his free time with some great kids at the Childrens' Healthcare of Atlanta at Scottish Rite.

Fullback Patrick DiMarco is not only making plays on the field for the Falcons, but he's making plays off it as well it seems. DiMarco surely helped to make the days of these young patients a bit better and got them to "Rise Up" with him.
