WATCH: Panthers defenders just bounce off Packers FB Ripkowski

The Green Bay Packers got their first scoring drive started against the Carolina Panthers on Sunday with an 18-yard catch-and-run from quarterback Aaron Rodgers to fullback Aaron Ripkowski.

The Carolina defenders who tried to bring down the 246-pound fullback had to deal with the punishment. Ripkowski, an undrafted rookie out of Oklahoma, lowered his shoulder and the first few would-be tacklers bounced right off of him.

Ripkowski's 18-yard gain kicked off a drive that gave Green Bay a 7-3 lead in the first quarter. It was also the first offensive touch of the 22-year-old's NFL career.
