WATCH: Matt Forte wishes Bears fans a Happy Festivus -- pole and all

Chicago Bears running back Matt Forte must be a "Seinfeld" fan. On Wednesday, he made a short video wishing fans a Happy Festivus — a secular holiday invented for a 1997 episode of the popular sitcom.

Forte even had a Festivus pole for the video.

Forte, 30, is in the final year of his contract and has been looking for an extension since last offseason. The Bears drafted him in the second round back in 2008, and he has spent all eight years of his very productive professional career in Chicago.

Forte has already shown off his "Feats of Strength" on the field. When it comes to the "Airing of Grievances" part of Festivus, his contract situation will likely be the point of discussion.
