WATCH: Larry Fitzgerald even catches passes from Lions quarterbacks

It was a really, really rough day for the Detroit Lions. They were absolutely crushed by the Arizona Cardinals on their home field 42-17.

Matthew Stafford was benched in favor of Dan Orlovsky, and it didn’t make much of a difference. Stafford and Orlovsky combined for 279 passing yards, two touchdowns and four interceptions. They completed 41-of-70 passes and pretty much acknowledged their running game has been abandoned.

One thing Orlovsky was able to accomplish, though, was completing a pass to a future Hall of Fame receiver. Nope, I’m not talking about Calvin Johnson.

Check out Orlovsky’s completion to Larry Fitzgerald.

Yeah, things are not going well for the Lions. They’re the only winless team in the NFL, and now they have lost confidence in Stafford.

Keep an eye out for how their season develops. We might be seeing a complete rebuild on the way fairly soon.
