Watch J.J. Watt find out what it's like to be a firefighter for a day

Houston Texans star J.J. Watt is an absolute freak of an athlete on the defensive line. His combination of size and speed is unlike any other at his position, which sets him apart in many aspects of the game.

But he looked pretty pedestrian when he put on a full firefighter suit and performed the tasks brave first responders do every single day for a Gatorade promo video.

"I respect the hell out of that. That's incredible," Watt said after a workout in the suit. "I mean I am dying. I am drenched."

Watt went through simulations of firefighters' daily grind, and he struggled a bit. It put into perspective how difficult the job is, which hits close to home for Watt given that his father has been a firefighter for 28 years.
