WATCH: Beckham gets emotional, calls out teammates mid-game
New York Giants wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. has been suspended by the NFL for Week 16, pending his appeal, for his actions on the field directed at Carolina Panthers cornerback Josh Norman during the team's Week 15 loss to the Panthers.
It turns out that Norman wasn't the only one to get the brunt of Beckham’s frustration. Showtime's "Inside the NFL" captured Beckham before the Giants mounted a comeback. Beckham was emotional -- almost to the point of tears -- and he called out his teammates for their lack of emotion as the Panthers got out to a huge lead:
.@OBJ_3 full of emotions on the sidelines against @Panthers. The guys take a closer look at #CARvsNYG at 9p ET/PT. https://t.co/PzGCoR7Amq

Beckham's plea to his teammates may have actually provided a spark. Beckham and the Giants eventually mounted a comeback, scoring 28 unanswered points including a 14-yard touchdown reception by Beckham to tie the game. Eventually, the Panthers would break that tie with a game-winning, fourth-quarter drive that ended in a last-second field goal.
