Vikings WR Stefon Diggs got a new hobby after he 'almost burned [his] house down'

Minnesota Vikings wide receiver Stefon Diggs showed plenty of promise in his first NFL season. After riding the bench for the first three games of the 2015 campaign, the Maryland alum made his debut in Week 4 and proceeded to set an NFL record by becoming the first rookie wide receiver in NFL history to record at least 87 yards in each of his first four NFL games.

But Diggs' performance tailed off toward the end of the season, as he recorded fewer than 20 yards receiving in three of his final four games for the Vikings.

So the 22-year-old wide receiver headed into the offseason looking for a way to improve on the field, and according to a recent interview with the Pioneer Press, that process included finding some new hobbies.

Diggs is far from the first NFL player to turn to yoga. NFL Films once did an entire feature on NFL players who used the technique. Based on Diggs' claims on his Twitter account, the wide receiver is pretty serious about his new hobby, even if he's still uncertain about yoga terminology.

Both Diggs and the Vikings will hope Diggs' yoga routine will translate to on-field results, as the Vikings finished the 2015 season with the fourth-worst offense in the NFL.

As for the cooking, it looks like Diggs found a better way to get the nutrition he needs without burning his house down.
