Video: Nick Mangold's sister Holley makes fun of box jumps

Box jumps seem to be all the rage lately. Most recently, Baylor defensive lineman Shawn Oakman did a 40-inch box jump while holding 70-pound dumbbells. 

 

With that in mind, Olympic weightlifter Holley Mangold, the sister of Jets offensive lineman Nick Mangold, decided to do her own version of a box jump. Watch as she mocks other athletes who have showed off their vertical leaps in this Instagram video:
