Top three Dallas Cowboy players to watch for on Sunday night By foxsports Published Sep. 10, 2015 3:19 p.m. ET By Ryan JohnsonTony RomoThe obvious answer but its Sunday Night Football, opening night for America's team, will there be a brighter spotlight on any player week one? After coming off his best season statistically, Tony Romo will look to build off of a whole lot of momentum coming into Sunday night. If you look back at last season the worst game Romo played was you guessed it Week 1. Yes that was coming off of back surgery but could we see that version of Tony Romo again for just one week? I don’t believe so but here's an interesting thought, when Tony Romo had a normal seven day week to prepare with a 'Romo Wednesday' last season he was 11-0.Brandon CarrHow many times have you seen a Brandon Carr highlight this offseason? Now let me ask you how many times have you Mr. Madden cover seen Odell Beckham do his signature catch over Brandon Carr? More times than my eyes can handle. Brandon Carr is hands down going to be one of the most looked at defensive player on Sunday night especially with the loss of Scandrick. It is unlikely that Victor Cruz plays but Rebuen Randle and Odell will be a handful for secondary that has a lot to prove. Look for Morris Claiborne to play a big role on Sunday night as well.Randy GregoryHow much can one expect from a rookie on his first night on a big stage? Well when you play for America’s Team every night is a big stage, even the preseason. Will Gregory fold on his first appearance on Sunday Night Football or will this be a game to remember for the new 94. Without Greg Hardy and Rolando McClain it will be tough for the Boys to obtain a solid pass rush especially if Gregory has a subpar game. I expect big things out of the rookie who fell down the big board this offseason thanks to an off the field issue. Gregory has everything to prove and what better way to do it than with all 31 other teams watching on Sunday night.More from cover32:
