Titans agree to terms with Horn, place Bell on IR
NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) The Tennessee Titans have placed offensive tackle Byron Bell on injured reserve and have agreed to terms on a contract with undrafted rookie wide receiver Reece Horn.
Horn, who is 6-foot-3, participated as a tryout player in the Titans rookie minicamp after the draft. He caught 272 passes for 3,562 yards and 31 touchdowns in his college career at Division II Indianapolis. Horn had 108 catches for 1,396 yards his senior year.
He also returned 27 punts at Indianapolis. He averaged 18.2 yards per attempt and scored on two punt returns.
Bell dislocated his left ankle May 24 on the Titans' first day of organized team activities. Bell started 16 games last season, including seven at left guard, eight at right tackle and one at left tackle.
