This Sunday might be Minnesota's last chance to beat Peyton Manning

The Minnesota Vikings will host the Denver Broncos this Sunday and try to do something they've never been able to do: beat Peyton Manning.

The Vikings went 0-3 against Manning when he was with the Indianapolis Colts (1998-2011), according to Chris Tomasson of the Pioneer Press. This Sunday will mark the first time Minnesota goes head-to-head with Manning as a member of the Broncos.

Manning first topped the Vikings in 2000 by a score of 31-10. The future Hall of Famer followed up that first win with victories in 2004 and 2010.

This will likely be Manning's last time playing the Vikings. He is 39 years old, and the Vikings aren't slated to play the Broncos again until 2019, according to the Pioneer Press. The only other way Manning could see Minnesota is if he goes to another team or they meet in the Super Bowl.
