This Raiders banner photobomb is the work of trolling experts
Neither the St. Louis Rams nor the Oakland Raiders have moved back to Los Angeles yet.
Their rivalry is still alive and well in the area, though. Just look at the Raiders-centric banner flown about a pro-Rams rally at the Los Angeles Coliseum over the weekend for proof:

The banner reads "You Are In Raiders Country!" with a hashtag to support the "Autumn Winds Pirates," a group that supports Raiders relocation.
They might want to fly some banners over Houston, too. That's where NFL owners will congregate this week to decide if the Silver and Black will return to L.A.
