Tebow tops Obama in holiday poll
President Obama beat Mitt Romney in the general election earlier this month, but finished well behind Tim Tebow in another November vote — a poll seeking America's most preferred Thanksgiving dinner guest.
According to a survey conducted by Nielsen and reported in the New York Post, the New York Jets' backup quarterback was the preferred Turkey Day companion of 23 percent of voters — tops on the hypothetical guest list.
Obama received 5 percent of the vote.
The president also lost out to Big Bird and Lady Gaga.
Tebow actually will be in millions of homes on Thursday — on TV. His Jets are playing the New England Patriots.
