Taylor Hart finds a new team with a familiar coach

The Former Eagles coach didn’t waste much time before jumping on recently waived  Taylor Hart. Once a Oregon Duck, always a Oregon Duck I suppose.

The Philadelphia Eagles claimed three players off waivers and one of them was former San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Bryce Treggs. When Philly claimed these players, they had to release three, one of whom being Taylor Hart. Hart was rumored to have been shopped around before the final roster cuts.

Not long after being waived by the Eagles, Hart was quickly swooped up by his former coach Chip Kelly, now with the San Francisco 49ers. We all know how he likes his Oregon Ducks players (Hart played college ball at Oregon).

If this was some kind of return for claiming Treggs off the waiver wire before the Niners could sign him to their practice squad, I think Philly got the better end of this one.

Maybe this move had nothing to do with getting back at Philly or taking a shot. Maybe this was just a coach taking a player he was familiar with and knows his system. Personally, I will continue to microscopically analyze any move the Niners make that involves the Eagles in any way shape or form.
