Take your first look at the proposed Oakland Raiders stadium
The Raiders already have one billion-dollar stadium plan in the works. Might they have another?
Developers claim a billion-dollar stadium -- designed by developer Floyd Kephart's New City Development LLC -- could be ready by 2020 in Oakland, according to the Silicon Valley Business Journal. Here's what it could look like:

Note all the Raiders-centric details lacking in the team's Carson, Calif. designs. From the eternal flame to the Al Davis "Walk of Fame," the drawings are sure to be a hit with Silver and Black-clad fans.
That means they're a big step forward for Floyd Kephart's plan. His designs on Oakland are no longer just ideas -- they're physically represented in this stadium image.
"The NFL needs to come to the table with the Raiders and lay out all revenue sources and obligations — and the city needs to do the same thing — and they need to play Scrabble and come up with a word," Kephart told the San Francisco Business Times. "It's doable, I believe."
