Still's jersey proceeds raise hundreds of thousands for pediatric cancer research

Cincinnati Bengals defensive tackle Devon Still’s jersey sales have been through the roof all week.

The proceeds, which are being raised for pediatric cancer research, have raised nearly $400,000 in four days, Still tweeted on Friday night.

Still’s 4-year-old daughter, Leah, has been given a 50-50 chance of surviving after being diagnosed in June with Stage 4 neuroblastoma.

The previously-released Still was placed on the team's practice squad before being activated to the 53-man roster this week. The Bengals lineman is recovering from a hamstring injury, but he could make his season debut against the Falcons on Sunday.

"There won't be one Sunday I step out on the field without my daughter #GoGold," Still posted on his Instagram account.

The Bengals made the decision to assist in jersey sales to raise proceeds for pediatric cancer research and the Cincinnati Children’s Hospital. (If non-Bengals fans want to donate $100 to the cause, the team’s pro shop has that option available as well.)

Saints head coach Sean Payton himself purchased 100 jerseys and will reportedly distribute them at the Cincinnati Children’s Hospital and local Boys & Girls Clubs.
