Sio Moore arrested for driving 'at least' 100 mph on freeway

By Steve DelVecchio

Colts linebacker Sio Moore was arrested and charged with reckless driving on Thursday night.

Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department officials told WRTV that Moore was pulled over for driving “at least” 100 mph — nearly double the speed limit — on I-65. He was also reportedly weaving in and out of traffic. It does not sound like alcohol was involved, as police say Moore has only been charged with reckless driving.

Moore was issued a court summons at the scene rather than being taken to jail.

Moore, 25, appeared in 12 games for the Colts this season and recorded 13 total tackles. You may remember him as the guy who almost cost the Oakland Raiders a win with this obnoxious sack celebration toward the end of a game. The former UConn star spent two seasons with the Raiders before being traded to Indy.
