Saints GM Mickey Loomis hasn't wavered on his dynamic duo
Looks as though Saints fans concerned about the potential breakup of dynamic duo Sean Payton and Drew Brees can breathe easy.
Team general manager Mickey Loomis recently allayed any fears concerning the murky futures of both the New Orleans coach and its star quarterback.
It's widely known that Brees is open to an extension to remain in the Big Easy, and it appears Loomis is on the same page.

Loomis also shot down rumors that he spoke to any other NFL teams about a potential trade of head coach Payton as well.
Via Nick Underhill of The New Orleans Advocate:
Well, there you have it: Looks as though the coach and the quarterback who seem to be connected at the hip will both remain in New Orleans for the foreseeable future, barring something crazy.
