Safety Clark to visit Monday with Dolphins

Safety Ryan Clark's first visit in free agency will be with the Miami Dolphins.

Clark arrived Sunday in South Florida and will meet with Dolphins officials Monday, said his agent, Joel Turner. The Dolphins are in the market to replace safety Gibril Wilson, released Friday after one disappointing season in Miami.

Clark spent the past four seasons with the Steelers, helping them win the Super Bowl in 2009. The eight-year pro has 75 career starts and eight interceptions. He made three interceptions last year, including one to seal a win over Miami.

Seven other teams have expressed an interest in Clark, Turner said.

The Dolphins already bolstered their defense Saturday with the signing of linebacker Karlos Dansby to a five-year contract.
