Rivera 'not concerned' about job after collapse
Panthers coach Ron Rivera says he's ''not concerned'' about his job security following Carolina's latest fourth quarter collapse.
The Panthers blew a 12-point lead in the fourth quarter against the Chicago Bears Sunday before losing 23-22 on a last-second field goal by Robbie Gould.
It marked the fourth straight game Carolina (1-6) has lost after leading in the fourth quarter.
Rivera says ''if you start to worry (about your job) and you play for the wrong reasons you're not going to give yourself a chance'' and ''when the moment comes to be concerned, or not be concerned, I'll go from there.''
Despite having the NFC's worst record, Rivera says the Panthers aren't looking to trade anyone, including their all-time leader rusher DeAngelo Williams.
Williams has been benched for Jonathan Stewart.
