Rich Gannon: Vikings are winning 'despite' Teddy Bridgewater's play
The Minnesota Vikings are 5-2 and starting to position themselves for a postseason appearance. Second-year quarterback Teddy Bridgewater has been huge in some spots along the way, but he's definitely not the NFL's most consistent passer.
This week, former Vikings quarterback Rich Gannon went so far as to say the team has won some games despite Bridgewater's play, according to Chris Tomasson of the Pioneer Press.

Minnesota ranks 30th in the NFL when it comes to passing yards per game (195). Although Bridgewater completes a solid percentage of his passes (64.5), his interception total (5) has chased his touchdown total (6) all season.
With a tough schedule ahead, the efforts of running back Adrian Peterson and strong defense may not be enough to keep the Vikings afloat. To continue their winning ways, Bridgewater will have to step his game up in the second half of the season.
