Report: T.Y. Hilton says Colts have been told Andrew Luck won't play Thursday
Indianapolis Colts quarterback Andrew Luck is in the league’s concussion protocol after emerging from Sunday’s game with concussion-like symptoms. Head coach Chuck Pagano hasn't given any updates on Luck's status for Thursday's game against the Pittsburgh Steelers, but wide receiver T.Y. Hilton reportedly knows his QB won’t be out there.
According to Dale Lolley of the Observer-Reporter, the team has been informed that Luck won’t play.
This would obviously be a huge blow for the Colts, who are fighting for their playoff lives being down just one game in the AFC South. Scott Tolzien will get the start in Luck’s place if Luck is unable to go, as all indications suggest.
Just spoke with T.Y. Hilton. Said team learned Andrew Luck would not play against #Steelers this week in a meeting for what that's worth
