Report: Buccaneers' Akeem Spence receives one-game suspension

While Akeem Spence has already been placed on the physically unable to perform list with a back issue, he'll apparently have to wait another game on top of that before his upcoming season begins. As Conor Orr of NFL.com reports, Spence is facing a one-game suspension for violating the league's substance abuse policy.

Spence addressed the situation on Twitter, but stayed confident when it came to his return.

Unfortunately for the defensive tackle, when working against the likes of Gerald McCoy, Clinton McDonald, Henry Melton and Tony McDaniel, it's going to be a battle for playing time.
