Report: Broncos will look to add a QB in the draft

Brock Osweiler's days backing up the legendary No. 18 might be numbered.

With 10 selections at their disposal in this weekend's NFL Draft, the Broncos could look to the near future, when Peyton Manning hangs up his cleats and Denver's depth chart features only unproven commodities.

Those commodities -- the third-year quaterback Osweiler and the even-younger Zac Dysert -- were both imported under current team general manager John Elway. But the Broncos have a new coaching staff in place, and Gary Kubiak will evaluate whether or not his QB of the future is on the roster.

If not, he could be in the upcoming draft pool. Taking a player at No. 28 overall seems like a longshot, but a late-round player could be a wise choice.

Per the Denver Post, Denver has been tied to in-state passer Garrett Grayson from Colorado State. The Rams even held their spring game at the Broncos' training facility, giving CSU ample time to gush about Grayson to Denver brass.
