Report: Bills will fire offensive coordinator Greg Roman
The Buffalo Bills will fire offensive coordinator Greg Roman after an 0–2 start, ESPN’s Adam Schefter reports.
Buffalo fell to the Jets, 37–31, on Thursday night, surrendering 493 yards through the air. After managing just 160 yards on offense in Week 1, the Bills gained 393 against New York. They sit 24th in the NFL with 201 passing yards per game, and 23rd with an average of 75.5 on the ground.
Roman, the league’s highest-paid coordinator, was hired last January after a four-year stint with the 49ers. He’s also spent time with the Panthers, Texans, Ravens and at Stanford during his career.
