Raiders' most consistent performer might be their breakout punter

The Raiders have another weapon in the kicking game at their disposal.

It isn't Sebastian Janikowski. It's punter Marquette King, who's putting on a directional punting clinic in his third professional season.

In Week 4, King led all punters with a 50.8-yard average boot. He placed four punts inside the Broncos' 20-yard line.

That skill was invaluable in a game like the Raiders-Broncos tussle. Peyton Manning had to drive his team 85 yards, on average, according to ESPN Stats and Info. King's kicks kept the game close.

He's pinned opponents back behind the 20-yard line nine times this year. And King will try to add to that total against the San Diego Chargers this weekend.
